Web based tools have been helping in better functioning of the Eftel Limited. Eftel
Limited has been functioning in a more professional manner after the implementation of Wirke.
This is one of the major reason that Web based tool are put into use. Wirke is one of the
premium software that is used as a web based tools for better commencing of the business
management of different companies. Wirke is mainly concerned with the performing of the
project management processes. Wirke is based on the platform on the platform of the SaaS. This
software tool is mainly used in the processing of the business to business functional management
processes. The working process is mainly diverged in 2 stages. This tool uses the platform of
Gantt chart. This report will discuss about the suitable workflow process that must be
implemented for better functioning of the Wirke. Functional and non-functional processing of
Wirke is also performed in the report. Security and infrastructure in Wirke will also be stated in
this report. Business continuity plan will also be stated inn this report. Performance metrics and
