Batsford is to be known as president of Wish firm. The firm was started in 2002, to develop
individual collectors of Wimbledon FC historical items responding to trophies, heritage items
that had to appear sale on open market. They have been also in partnership with DTB and FCB
asking for donation of vast amount of club history to charity set. This report consist of
background information, aims and objectives, literature review, strategic analysis tools such as

time, the community and association has gone with wide area of changes and that have also leads
to both opportunity as well challenges. This research report focuses on problems or issues of
strategic importance to organisation and result in practical business solutions. So, first main
problem which has been linked with strategy of risk of Wish is that due to pandemic situation of
COVID19, the numbers of tourists as well as players have reduced. due to lack of adequate
funding, WISH has been unable to conduct training programs for players and COVID 19 has

worsened the situation in terms of optimising funding. It has been understood that the problem is
the spread of COVID 19, due to which WISH has been unable to gather funding from other
sponsors, volunteering associates and sport patrons (Zhuplev, 2018).
Second problem is that governmental rules and regulations towards games have increased and
is changing at rapid scale and clients of Wish find it difficult to invest in business. The possible
solution to first problem is that to adopt the safety measures and tools so that social distancing is
maintained. Also, promotion and advertising is needed to be done so that more tourists are
attracted towards community and participate in games. Then, solution to second problem is that a
wide level of internal analysis is to be conducted so that it becomes easy to obtain knowledge of
changing rules as well as regulations. Thus, it is critically important to conduct an appropriate
research analysis so that it becomes easy to implement strategies in most efficient manner.
