INTRODUCTION
International trends are the development or the changes which are use in the product or
service as per the need and requirement of the customer. The trends are constantly changing so
this become essential for the management to identify the trends and implement to achieve desire
aims and objective in the well define manner (Allen, 2019). This is essential for the management
to be flexible and have rapid change to overcome the problems and able to capture large market
share effectively. The present report is based upon WMB Wild man burger which provide
burgers and to the different customers. The company opened its first store in Wellington in year
1978. In this case study there various up and down in the sales as well as profit for the company
as this help to increase the profitability. The company have to change and meet the international
standard and implement new strategies to achieve desire aims and objective in the well define
manner.

The WMB was using old business model which opened for the breakfast at 6 a.m. and
closed at 10 p.m. The company expand its business rapidly at 17 different location to earn more
profit and diversified the business to capture large market share effectively. The time was
changing so the company have done some modification which help in bring new Burgers and
menu to as to attract the user. There has been rise in competition like MacDonald which become
the major competition for the WMB. Hence to maintain such time this is essential for the
business to come with new ideas of marketing which help in providing better opportunity which
help in increasing the sales and profitability in the well define manner.
The training manager at BB group Ciara have done nice job as she advice the Board of
member to adopt the low risk pilot approach to the culture changes. Apart from this she also
suggested to have scaled the down the version of advertising as well as the campaign and focus
on the localities of the different pilot store (Antonovics, and Hayden, 2020). Also, by using low
cost media promotion Ciara suggested as this will increase the profit and reduce all the extra cost
of the company. Beside this she told to use social media as the promotion tool which help in
reducing the cost and help in providing better opportunity which aid in increasing the sales and
profitability in the well define manner. There was some conflict by the two members of the
company Nigel Roberts and Troy Creighton which as they different strategies to promote the
product. They have called the social media branding done by Ciara as the ‘young gun’ as they
have less of change management of design as well as implementation.
The Ciara have done effective job as they appointed all the manager of 17 stores as to
provide feedback as make changes in the pilot period to improve the current positioning of the
company in the well define manner. There must be new culture implementation policies are to be
made which aid in meeting the trend and increase the revenue of the company to achieve desire

model for the long run of the company. Ciara have anticipated the well-planned communication

Ciara have worked at every level of the organization over the 20 years in the different
years such as staff, senior management positions. She has well understanding the leadership

the sales and profitability in the well define manner. she uses new approach to handle the
situation which help in bringing the culture change while launching new the Burger U. This is
essential to maintain the changes as they come as the primary as well as secondary and they must
be use wisely to provide better opportunity to achieve desire outcomes and provide better
opportunity to achieve desire aims and objective. Ciara tend to meet the current trends as this
tend to increase the sales and revenue of the company. She used to make important decision
which help in providing better opportunity which is used to describe the essential aspect and able
to provide vast opportunity to the different outcomes of the company. This is crucial to change
the culture which use to figure out the vital outcomes and able to increase the productivity and
over the problems effectively. Apart from this, she uses to improvise the culture which help in
increasing the productivity and meet the requirement of every organization which is used to
figure out the effective outcomes more effectively.

I my opinion what Ciara has done is effective as most of the manager have to do the same
to achieve desire outcomes for the company. If I was Ciara, I use to handle the situation
differently. There are some of the measures which are used to maintain the entire operation to
increase the sales and productivity of the company in the well define manner. I used to manage
the operation entirely in the different manner which used to achieve the common goal in a more
appropriate manner. In the year 2013 the company have changed their advertisement which as to
capture new product and service which help in providing better opportunity in this competition. I
as a manager of WMB is mostly use social media as the platform as this has become the most
popular mode of advertisement. Apart from this, it is also considered as the low and cost-
effective method which help in providing better opportunity to overcome the problem
effectively.
In the mid 2013 organization was launching Burger U as to diversify their product range
as to compete in the market. In this case I prefer to focus on the quality as well the service
provide by the company as this will help in providing better opportunity as to accomplish the
goal. There are some of the factor which are used to fulfil as this is used to manage the daily
activities of the company in a well define manner. I used to focus on the packaging as well as the
procedure which is useful in increasing the sales of the firm effectively. Beside this, I use to
bring out more and more item or menu in the product which improve the sales of the company in
a well define manner. In the effort to create new brand culture within the firm I would take some
measure such as taking the feedback from the workers as well as from the employees and make
changes to overcome the problem in the lesser time period. Beside this, I use to run the loyalty
programme which help me in providing better opportunity to increase the customer base.

needs as well as wants. If I was in the place of Ciara, I use to focus on customer need as offer
them services to overcome the problem effectively. This is essential for the management to
improve the communication channel as this help in increasing the flow of work and reinforce the
new cultural value which improves the interaction and provide better opportunity to overcome
the problems. In the year 2013 Ciara meet the six-pilot store performance she focusses on in
store brand artifacts which help in providing better opportunity to overcome the problem more
efficiently. In this scenario I use to manage the entire operation and identifying the key
performance management and make changes to overcome the problems effectively.
In the post of Ciara, I used to focus on the different aspect such as the to build the
infrastructure which is used to manage the operation and able to increase the current positioning
of the company in the business. This is essential to maintain all the objective which are used to
overcome the hurdles and shows the right path in an appropriate manner. In the year 2014 the
brand relaunched the implementation and provide overall objective to respond in the change
management. In the place of Ciara, I used to create the monthly secession in which is used to call
up the meeting with all the 17 stores managers and implement new changes in order to create
effective working environment as to increase the productivity effectively.
