The research will be conducted on Women Entrepreneurs. The Women Entrepreneurs will
face various challenges to start up their new enterprises. The project will discuss on how
India and Australia Women entrepreneurs achieved success to set up their businesses and to
become famous women entrepreneurs of the country. Struggle and challenges faced by
women’s in India will inspired other women to start their own venture. Objective of the
research study will discuss in this project to increase the scope of the women empowerment.
This will provide an opportunity for the countries to grow and to reduce the unemployment
rate.

The objective of the research is to study the women entrepreneur’s problems and challenges
which they faced to become successful entrepreneurs. In the research the comparative
analysis of women entrepreneurs will be helpful for the countries India and Australia to
achieve growth. The objective of the study is to get the opportunity for the people of
countries to get employment and to increase the scope of women empowerment.

Research scope
The study analyses that Indian and Australia government need to move forward to develop
the program and development events for women entrepreneur. This research helps to enhance
the spirit of women as entrepreneurship and it not only contribute their success but also it
proves the success of the nation as well. Australia and India are comparatively in the different
stages in the development. It is well known that Australia is the fastest growing nation in
every term. As per the study that 74.8 % of women entrepreneurship and on the other hand,
India only promotes 25.3 % of women entrepreneurship (Tlaiss and McAdam, 2019).
For this research, India identifies or observes its growth rate which is comparatively low as
per Australia. Women entrepreneur not only grows the nation in financial or economy but
also helps to bring new opportunity which can increase the national reputation as well. India
will encourage, promote and supports the women entrepreneurship by using different
methods or strategies. Appropriate information needs to be provided on time those who
willingly grow as an entrepreneur. In India, there are various supporting bank loans which
help financially to the entrepreneur but in Australia, there is the scope of how to grow.The
scope of this research that India needs to understand the new learning method which helps
women entrepreneurship.
Research Statement
According to the Goel and Madan (2019) ,Male-dominated the industry: It is the most
common challenges faced by every country. Australia and India both are facing these
challenges that investors and suppliers are more stereotypes. According to them, women are
not able to manage the business problem if the employees are in the protest and client issues.
Most of the time, women are taking decision emotionally. But now the time becomes change,
women are comparatively the same as the male and deciding by logically and practically
without considering any emotional sense. Another perception developed by the peop[le that
man is the dominate because it can able to make the available thing as soon as
possible/.Business requires flexibility for every term.
According to the Jana, (2019) female leadership style is more disciplined, but the assumption
of investors and supplier. Women are not able to develop an effective leadership style in the
business. And the business requires more strict leadership quality which has ability to do the

responsibility in a very small interval of time. According to the study, those Australian
women have dedicated leadership quality which can make complete the job in prior
responsibility. The reason behind is that there is no compromise word in the business, but in
India still, there is the person who makes relay to its boss.
In the opinion of Arora, (2019), A positive influencing factor is the most effective approach
in women entrepreneurship. The including factors are become an independent women’s and
start a new approach which reduces the complexity in eth future. For independent, women’s
learn to earn money by its concept and deal with the new business problem efficiently.
Another aspect is to develop its identification in the world and represent its innovation. It
develops a new service method and will become an opportunity for the next generation.
According to the Cetindamar (2019).It is the most important issues faced by the women
entrepreneur. So, it is not an easy task to pass the loan from the bank. Australia government
provide bank loan with another support in a very short deadline but in India, it took large
time. For this reason, also, India achieved one of the lowest ranks in women entrepreneur.
After all the conflicts and business problem, women entrepreneur is continuous; ly in both the
countries. It ensures that the nation is on the floor of growth and success. It achieves its
desired and establishes its name in the list of entrepreneurs. Both the countries have good and
specific courses by which women bring confidence to enter in start-up and such innovative
business which is not accomplished previously.
Research Question
This research is based on women entrepreneurs, which helps to identify the positive and
negative factors which influence the women entrepreneur. There is some research question
which is raised due to the comparison between Australia and India Women entrepreneurs.
What are the challenges faced by the women entrepreneur?
What is the positive aspect which influenced women to become an entrepreneur?
Differentiate the gap between Australian and India’s women entrepreneurship.

Conclusion
The research is all about to develop the women empowerment in countries like India and
Australia. The objective of the research is to get the opportunity for the people of countries to
get employment and to increase the scope of women empowerment. The motto is to inspire
other women to develop their own ventures and to achieve growth. The countries analyzed
various challenges and problems faced by the women entrepreneurs in order to develop their
