century, therefore, people in this modern scenario are very much concern over their career and
professional development and women in this scenario are also concern over their career and

and breaking the boundaries of male dominate society and norms. Therefore, in this present area,
analysis has been based over executing survey with the help of developing questionnaire in
which analysis is based on comparative analysis with the support of t-test, chi-square and
ANNOVA table. In addition to this, findings are based on the evaluation of the secondary data.
Therefore, in this detailed analysis has been conduct over the information that are accumulated
through the views analysis of the authors and writers. Conclusion and recommendation are
