Introduction
Strategic plan refers to procedure to define appropriate strategy with direction to make effective
via pursuing the specific strategy for attaining respective objectives (Fairchild, Thompson and
McFerran, 2017). In respect of this project, it is based on Women’s Community shelter to focus
on specific values and vision for delivering better services. This report wills going to discuss
about services values and strategic objectives along with measured outcome. It will include
‘Support service for women and children experiencing homelessness because of family violence’
with vision that ‘An Australia where women and their children can leave violent relationships to
safe and stable housing’. The mission to enable women and their children who experience family
violence to secure safe and stable housing is considered.
Main Body
Four service Values and the reason why you chose each value.
The values related to supporting services for women and children who were surfed from problem
of homelessness due to violence occurs in family.
 It includes initial value of community to support such females to confidently join other
communities to live in comfortable manner.
 The value of hospitality should be considered to make them feel equal and homely when
they are living at Women’s Community shelter.
 It consist compassion which consist the criterion respect women and children come from
different communities or places along with maintaining dignity (Rowlands and et. al.,
2020).
 It involves to provide justice to children as well as women so that they can feel about
their right to live at home safely and free of fear.
Three Strategic Objectives (or goals) of the organization.
In context of Women’s Community shelter, they has number of strategic objectives or goals of
their organisation in which some of them are mentioned below.
 To render secure shelter as well as facilities for abused women and their children who
were facing crisis due to family violence.
 To provide advocacy help in order to support clients in their dealings with community
agencies and services.

 To act as an on-going resource and continuing help to survivors as well as victims who
are facing problem of violence and homelessness.
For each Strategic Objective identified, list one Outcome that can be measured that relates to the
benefits of the service that you want to achieve.
Considering the strategic objectives, it has been analysed that respective measured outcomes are
as follows:
 It helps to make victims feel comfortable and fearless along with developing hope among
them for putting efforts to gain bright future.
 The second objective has outcomes to help victims to fight legally to gain their rights and
funds to make their lives stable and comfortable (Valentine and Breckenridge, 2016).
 The outcome of final objective has outcome to improved lives of victims and ensure their
stable condition.
For each Outcome identified, list a related Output that tracks the services that are provided.
The provided services are support to provide shelter and make them feel secure by behaving
equally. It includes to help them for providing legal support to gain their rights from family so
that their lives become stable. However, it has been analysed that continuous touch with victims
are helpful to ensure their stable future that helps to achieve vision of providing support to
women and children facing homelessness due to family violence.

relates to a relevant Outcome or Output measure.
The selected objective is to provide secure shelter and services to abused women and children for
improving their morale. It includes the benchmark to behave with them equally along with
paying respect & dignity. However, it consist to make them feel encouraged and inform about
their rights to gain stable lives ahead (Lyons and Smedley, 2020).

consequences of the work of the service.
The working of Women’s Community shelter may criticised by society by having facto of
community factors and norms but legal support make possible to achieve the desired goal of the

organisation. It is favourable to take step which are correct legally and ethically for making
Australia secure for women and children facing family violence.
Conclusion
From the above report, it has been concluded that strategic plan is important to formulate
effective practices for conducting procedure to attain desired goal successfully. It includes the
use of strategic objectives to support women and children suffering from homelessness due to
family violence
