shopping delivery services (Mounia, Nadir and Omar, 2018). Woolworths also introduce loyalty
schemes that includes number of incentives while purchasing items from the store. It also
provide discount offer at various seasons in order to attract wide range of customers. In every
purchasing, the company offers rewards points to their customers and it also provide shopping
credit cards that automatically tracks positions of supermarkets and people also take benefited

Semiotic theory: This theory of communication is mostly used where study are related
to literature, environmental and social structures or gestures. It is a sign system in which people
understand the phenomena and then organize them mentally in order to transmit communication
or sharing it with others (Gupta and Hashim, 2017). This theory helps only when business
taking image apart from that and provides an ideas or guidelines of what to do for future when
managers got stuck with actual meaning. But on the other hand, this theory also have many
disadvantages such as it is used when language are not used by a company and they only used

Socio- Psychological Theory: This theory basically focus on individual and relies on
scientific research to generate more theories of social behaviour (Hirsch, 2017). This theory of
communication is used when the individual emphasizes the idea of their personal choice in order
to maximize profits and minimizes cost (Anolik and Hazani, 2017). This theory also helps a
business to pass out correct form of ideas to their subordinates in order to attain their all defined
objectives of a company. However, this theory is quite differ from economies theories in the
terms of making prediction about their relationships with other subordinates.
Socio- cultural theory: This theory mainly contributes in individual development. This
theory of communication basically stress the interaction between developing people and culture
in which they live. Socio- cultural theory not only focus on how individual learn but also on how
cultural beliefs will impact (Anolik and Hazani, 2017). Further, this theory help in problem
solving and make good collaboration with their capable peers in order to raise employees
knowledge and skills to perform well in the company.
