groups (Woolworths.com.au, 2019). It is headquartered in Australia and it also has large
number of outlets Australia as well as overseas. However, the aim of the report is to analyse
the present issue this company is facing in the market. It has been found out that the
employees of the organization have extremely low amount of job satisfaction due to the
higher number of job cuts in the recent past. The problem associated with the company is the
higher job cuts and low job security. The recent information discusses the issue of this job
cuts and hoe it id leading to the lower satisfaction of the customers and the affected image of
the company is the market. At the end of 2016, the company has announced closing of 30
stores in the Australian market due to the issue with the management of revenues (Kuvaas et
al., 2017). It is further argued that the total number of employees with job cuts have not given
opportunities or replacement in terms of their lost jobs (Lazaroiu,2015). This hassled to the
problem of higher dissatisfaction with the company both internally and externally (Mortimer,
