The objective of the project was to identify the performance of Woolworth supermarket.
My role in the project was to identify the issues that were faced by the online store of Woolworth
supermarket. In order to analyze and identify the issues, I have focused on evaluating the online
platform that is used by the organization. it is essential for every organization to focus on their
key activities so that they can provide proper facility towards the customers. Woolworth
supermarket online store offers wide range of features towards the customers. However it has
been observed that there are several issues that are hampering the business performance. My role
in the project was to identify the issue faced within the Woolworth supermarket and
recommending proper measures for overcoming the issues. While addressing the case, I have
observed that the main issues were with handling the customers. There is a need to have proper
customer relationship management within the online store so that it becomes easy to provide
services towards the customers. I have focused on evaluating the website components and the
issues that are associated with the Woolworth supermarket online store. After evaluating the
online store it can be stated that due to lack of scientific management and real time updating
feature the organization Woolworth supermarket failed to provide proper services towards the
customers. Hence there is a need to have proper knowledge so that they can manage their
services effectively.
In order to resolve the issue, I have suggested efficient recommendation so that it can
help in managing the performance of the store effectively. Along with this, risk management has
also been designed for the organization. I have focused on managing all the key issues and also
designed proper system for enhancing the Woolworth supermarket online store. Therefore I can
