The organization that has been taken to study is Woolworth. The company is basically a
supermarket store that deals with all sorts of things associated with the household needs and
consumption. In 1924 the company was founded and ever since it is expanding the business and
values associated with the development of the store. They follow the slogan “Australia's Fresh
Food People" and believes in the same.
5C’s of Woolworth
The 5C’s of the company are explained as per the customer base that is included in the
development of the company. The collaboration is with various small and big resources that are
associated with the development of future aspects of the company. The major competition is with
other small and big supermarkets in Australia (Arli, et. al., 2013).
Information gathering strategy
The company mostly believes in constant improvement and feedback collection, that affects the
overall needs of the company and take into account various process associated with them. They
collect internal and external feedback to develop the facilities.
