INTRODUCTION
The students are getting privileges in the colleges because of the invention of internet.
They are getter better knowledge and the studies have become easier form them. They have
different tools which will increase the quality of the studies. The students used different methods
to perform the tasks and they should increase the performance because the knowledge of the
students increases when they are interested in increasing the quality of the tasks. The skills of the
students should be improved because they will learn faster and they can increase the learning.
The students can learn with the use of innovation in the process of studies and they will be grab
it faster because they will be given the result on the basis of the task. They use different methods
which are helping them in planning the studies and making it manageable for the students (Lin
and Magnuson, 2018). It helps the students in developing the academic skills and make them
choose better career. The report included the main functions of word processing package, the
website check to avoid plagiarism, main functions of VLE and the method of using Turnitin.
1 The main functions of a word processing package.
Word processing package is used to manage the text of the assignment and it manipulates
the task of the students and apply designs in the page. They manipulate the tasks like resumes or
reports which are in text and provide it to the college. The students will write the text in word
and the software will edit, format or manipulate it. Word processing package includes many tools
to format the task of the students (Rich and et.al., 2020). They have basic programmes from
typewriters to software which helps them in editing the tasks. The processing is increasing the
quality of the tasks and they be able to do it faster. The students of different levels from the
schools to colleges are using different methods to manipulate the texts and they will work to
increase the quality of the tasks.
 Editing- To make fast editing they can adopt Word processing package which help them
to make changes in proper manner. After doing editing, they have to save in file with
proper name in order to clean their task. The result come after editing can be done by
anyone so that they can check their task and can be measured easily. The texts are used in
different fonts and they will be according to the specifications of the tasks. The editing
makes it attractive to understand and the teachers do not evaluation on the knowledge but
editing is the main factor for the performance of the student. They will be performing to
make it interesting for the students to understand the tasks. There are many options in the

word processing package and they should select the best option which will increase the
quality of the tasks. The students will be performing the tasks and edit it to make
attractive.
 Create documents- It is not an easy task which require deep level, of knowledge and
expertise so that document is being prepared in correct way. The documents can be
made through both physical as well as non physical resources. The internet as well as
digital technology is being used in order to create documents in proper manner. Also,
through using of these it provide higher flexibility in editing and work can be done in
fast and effective manner. Moreover, prepared documents can be used and accessed
by any one easily. In a particular document, one or more than one person participate. The
students have the option to edit it and they will use different methods to save online. The
document can be transferred to anyone and they have the right to give the access to the
people they want to and they can edit the information. There can be many people
working together and they can achieve success.
 Sharing- The word processing package stores the information in the digitally which is
helping them in sharing to different students. The use of information is important to many
people and it is easier to share online. The sharing has made many students to work
together because they will be in a team and they want to achieve the goals of the team
because the performance will be evaluated by the teacher. To enhance their performance
they can share information to other person that take less time. The important information
can be shared by teachers to students by using online mode which help them to eliminate
the use of paper. In this way it become easy for them to share information and can convey
each information to students. The important task can be shared with everyone and it will
help them in increasing the quality of studies (Brooks and Pomerantz, 2017).
 Comparing- To improve the working of students they can share and compare the
documents to other student which is the best option. By comparing it will help student to
improve the areas where there is need in order to enhance their knowledge and quality of
student. With the help of this student can easily learn about different subject by
comparing the work with other student. The information shared will be compared ad the
will help the students in making strategies to perform. The students can compare and they
can improve the performance according to the information shared to them and can

increase the quality of learning. This will helped them in analysing different tasks and
they can measure the work and can make strategies to use it. The comparing of
documents helps them to reduce the mistakes and it increases the quality of the studies of
students (Madon and Krishna, 2018).
2. Website text to avoid plagiarism.
Plagiarism is the duplicating the ideas, thoughts, information, tasks of other writers. It is
not legal to steel the hard work of others which is in written or oral form. The plagiarism is
affecting the people who are taking efforts and then the credit is taken by others and they will
have to increase cost. It is as ad as stealing money because it is in digital form. There are many
rights which protects the tasks of others. The students do not making the tasks according to the
knowledge they have and they take the information from internet and when they take directly the
texts and do not paraphrase then it comes duplicating in the studies.
 Direct quotes and online citation- The students can use online citation of the website
they are taking in the task and write it in the References list as Online. The students

The students should understand the concept of the topic and then they will paraphrase it.
The students should have the knowledge of the information so that they can use the
creativity and increase the quality of the tasks. The students can write the information in
different methods to reduce the duplication of the tasks. There are many methods of
checking the plagiarism of the text which is from the internet and it will give the result of
the percentage of the information derived. The idea can be taken from the information
but it should not be the duplication. The paraphrasing should be different from the
original information and should be completely in the thoughts of the writer.
 Read multiple sources- The students should read from many sources because it will help
them in increasing the knowledge and they will be able to increase the quality of the

learning of the students is the most important thing for the teacher so they should give
them the tasks which increases the learning and they can use it to perform better.
 Link the task- The information can be paraphrased and the reference should be given so
that the people who have written it will get the credit. The tasks is linked which will help
the students to use the information. The teachers will not feel that they have used
incorrect information when they will give the give the details of the tasks. It will not be a
theft when the reference is given as it will increase the skills of the students (Lundin and

the tasks. Example, (Kinaransh, 2017). It will be applied at the end of the text which is

3. The main functions of Virtual Learning Environment
The term VLE means virtual learning environment and it is a process used by teachers,
parents, students and learners. They help them in giving integrated web based application which
will help them in giving knowledge and improves the performance of the students. The teachers
will provide the learning to the students and they will increase the knowledge. There are many
resources for the students to grab and then learn. They need to analyse the factors for increasing
the knowledge and the easiest method which is helping them to understand the tasks. The
students should identify the methods which is useful for them for achieving the goals. It is the
process which helps in integrated online learning and provides the information which will help in
assessing the performance of students (Roques, Capgemini, 2015).
 Assessment and monitoring of students- This is a method used by the colleges which
helps them in grading students and it is directly uploaded which do not require efforts of
the teachers. The performance of the students is important to monitor to make them
achieve the tasks. While studying they should identify their mistake and improve them in
effective manner. So, they can identify the areas where they have to improve and link

Disadvantage- The students learning is impacted because they will not be able to get the skills.
 Planning and resource management- The students have access to Internet and they can
get knowledge from that but the classroom study is most important for the quality studies
of student (Monfort, Sibley and Coyne, 2016). There are many resources which the
students can refer to increase the knowledge and they need to analyse the information
which is useful for them. The resource planning is the most important factor to increase
the performance of the students. The information which is useful for them should be
explained by the teacher because the students should study according to the skills. The
knowledge is important for the students and they should select the options which are
useful for increasing the knowledge of the students. The material important for the
students should be explained by the teachers because the students cannot learn
themselves. The discussion with the students is important to understand what knowledge
they get from the information. They have the information of the student which helps the
colleges in planning of resources. They will get the resources and it will help them in
learning.
Advantage- The advantage is for the students that they will increase the knowledge and it will
make them learn. The students will study the resources which are available and study them to
increase the studies.
Disadvantage- The students will have to study the topics which they do not wat to and it will
reduce the concentration.

will get better resources which will help them in learning. The learning environment
given to the students in virtual learning is different. The knowledge they get in virtual
learning is will help the students in the tasks and they will improve the performance. The
quality should be maintained by the students because the skills of the students should be
improved so that they can study. The learning of the students is important for the students
and parents and they will analyse the performance of the students. The students will
increase the learning to help them in studies. The knowledge of the students will increase
when they use virtual learning environment because it is increasing the quality of
learning (Boistrup, 2015).
Advantage- The students will learn and increase the knowledge which will help them in the
tasks and they will be interested in studying.
Disadvantage- They will have to study the topic which are not helping them in the studies.
 Internal and external factors- The learning of the students are dependent of the
environment they get and internal and external factors help them because VLE is making
them decision of the quality of the studies. The students need to understand the factors
which are important for them. There are factors which are impacting the knowledge of
the students and they should be identifies to improve the performance of the students.
The students in the college should understand what is important for them to increase
learning (Soffer, Kahan and Livne, 2017).
Advantage- The advantage for the students is that they will get the knowledge of the factors
which are important.
Disadvantage- They will have to analyse the factors which are impacting the studies and
knowledge of the students.
4. Use of Turnitin
The Turnitin is used by the college to which will help them in identifying the duplicate
work done by the students (Bailey and Carroll, 2015). They are the online software which help
them in increasing the performance of students. The Turnitin helps the colleges in assessing the
performance of students. The students performance will be monitored and assessing will be done
by Turnitin which is used by them to understand the problems of the students.

The performance of students should be assessed and they will help the teachers to grade
the marks of students and it will give them different problems which students want to do to
improve the performance. It helps them to give the plagiarism index and many issues which the
students should improve in the performance. It is the checking for duplicate of the task and helps
them in understanding the performance of students (Durodolu, 2016).
It is important for the colleges to use Turnitin because they make it easier for them to
asses the performance of students (Jiménez, 2017). It is helping students in the growth and they
make good decisions which help them understand the internal and external factors which impacts
the performance. The software will analyse the task of students and identify the faults they have
in the task. It will increases the quality of the tasks and helps them in comparing.
The students are increasing the quality of performance and the task is analysed. The
students use different methods to duplicate the tasks and the performance of the students should
be improved to help them in learning. The teachers will asses and monitor the performance
which will help them in making strategies to study. The students have different methods to take
the information and it will make them use the knowledge to increase the performance. The
colleges analyses the task of many students and they need to monitor which is not possible. They
can measure the performance and make them improve the task and comparing it with others. The
students are assessed on the basis of the task performed and they will be successful in the studies.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that students performance helps them in making
decisions for the achieving of success in the life. The quality of performance of students is the
most important factor for assessing the task because there are many wrong practices done by
students like duplicating, taking the information from online, etc. which is impacting the learning
of students. The students will make the strategies to understand the tasks and then they will
increase the knowledge of the students. The skills of the students are important to help them
increasing the learning. They will increase the knowledge by taking information and increase the
learning. The students should increase the learning because they will have to increase the studies.
They are using internet and taking information which is affecting the studies and the knowledge
is not increasing.
