higher profitability and productivity of company.
Respective firm focused towards the relations with its employees so rendering proper
chance to perform well and providing equal opportunities as well as accordingly settle amount of
salary. It also impacts to reduces conflicts at workplace and developing healthy relationship so it
brings job satisfaction which leads towards performing activities together at workplace
(Wilkesmann, 2016).
CONCLUSION
After brief analysis of these report, it has been said that the employee’s relations are
essential to each organization and also influencing the behavior of stakeholders in an
organization. It considered various roles and responsibility of different stakeholders so it
includes employers, government and trade union which affecting the employment relationship in
the organization. There is necessary to understand positive and negative impact of relation which
affects performance of company. It also leads to affect profitability and productivity of
organization. There are included positive relation which brings enhancing job satisfaction level
among employees and negative impact shows adverse effect.
