Work based experience is the approach that helps the individual to see the real life experience and
capabilities along with developing the factors of employability. The study will review the project of
suitable beauty therapist organization and in that concern the report will give the industry experience.

In the present study, I have been self employed and running beauty therapist organization and previous I
was working in Apulum hotel as the waiter post. Still presently I have two projects in my hand that is
