Introduction-
This assignment is based on the work-based experience which offers the opportunity to work
in the industry and make students ready for their placements. This is helpful to develop
technical as well as soft skills. This assignment has four sections which include work
experience plan, Weekly plan of the employees, lists of business constraints.

cloud computing and also cloud technology has increased day by day. Therefore as per the
learning and growth, I have chosen the cloud engineer post.

I have finally agreed to the IBM proposal as the IBM is one of the best company across the
globe. So I have decided to join the IBM. It will increase my soft skills such as analytical
skill, problem-solving skills and also my practical knowledge based on cloud and
