developing academic and technical skill that contributes in enhancing their employability.
However, it is one of the most important part of the learning process as it results in learning new
skills. On the other hand, project management is defining as process of leading the team in
order to accomplish the organizational goals and objective. And to make proper plan to deal with
the constrain in limited frame of time. Moreover, the study is based on Brimstone Hotel and Spa
that provide hospitality services to their targeted customer. The headquarter of the organization
is situated at London. The report will discuss on the business project required at workplace.

Brimstone Hotel and Spa is planning to launch its mobile application that will favour the
customer to search all details about the company, its services, price offer by the company in
against to offer every service at the hotel and also about the history of hotel. The mobile
application will be available over Play store and App-store. The mobile application is a
