INTRODUCTION
Work based learning termed out as educational strategy in which student offers real life
work experience by application of academic and technical skills. This also leads to develop
employability skill within an individual (Gomes, Jones and Mesquita, 2018). Therefore, this is
defined as one of crucial tool that needs to be in use to develop staff and maintain their
effectiveness. It is skill that is inclusive of internship, mentoring and apprenticeship etc. and this
is program that are mainly targeted to bridge the gap between doing and learning. This is one of
the effective learning that assist with career development of the students by focussing over their
extended learning opportunities and employability skills (Work-Based Learning Definitions,
2018). Therefore, it will help in terms to undertake better course of action to attend the desired
outcomes.
The present report is based on work based learning to develop effectiveness in future
career role. However, study will lay emphasise on following things as personal and professional
training for future career role, identification will be done on personal and professional.
Furthermore, work based plan will be framed out to undertake evaluation that how employee
motivation can get improved. Lastly, reflection will be undertaken in aspect of learning with all
task.

Creation of health work-life balance is crucial to lead happy and productive lifestyle. This
can have positive impact in well-being and work of employee (Fergusson, Allred and Dux, 2018
Jackson, 2018). I look forward to develop Managerial skill as in future I want to work as
Managerial executive in any organisation. For this, I need to develop personal and professional
training to undertake future career role effectively. Also, I will learn and develop my skill with
study of staff manual, interviewing staff, seek feedback from colleagues and study dedicated
magazine etc. I must say that professional knowledge helps to person to develop the core
efficiency that can assist to perform the person in better and effective manner.
I have joined the workplace as management trainee in the marketing department of ABC

be built with part time employment. By engaging in the department that provides supervisory
roles such as hospitality staff, work with factory workers and reception work etc. This can leads

productivity of the enterprise. Henceforth, ineffective performance of the staff highly impacts the

impact the employer turnover rates. In order to cope up with this kind of the issues, this is crucial
to develop and manage managerial skill that can helps an individual to develop the core
