INTRODUCTION
It is very important for a person to develop different skills and capabilities in order to
successfully or effectively carry out business practices. There are number of new things that
could be learned by employee while working in a firm as well as use this information to perform
better. It is crucial that individual is analysing or determining person capabilities with the motive
of performing well along with this accomplishing desired objective (Rouvrais, Remaud and
Saveuse, 2020). This report includes future career role along with the personal or professional
training required. It consists of different activities which are needed to eliminate problems and
challenges. Work based project has been determined in order to motivate employees. This report
includes project designed to generate and recommend appropriate solution to the problems or
challenges. Apart from this different tool to monitor or evaluate the progress of project has been
determined.
Personal information brief
I am currently working as the Claims Manager, Royale Accident Management and key
role or responsibility includes providing leadership or coaching to all claims staff. I have done
Level 4: FdA BA Business form the Fairfield School of Business and I am pursuing level 5 of
FdA BA Business. My cultural background includes that I live in UK and I ma familiars with
various languages such as English, Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu and Hindi.
My major strengths is time management skills, creative as well as quick decision making where
as my major weaknesses is lack of communication skills and problem solving capabilities. I have
identified that for further development I need to focus on enhancing communication capabilities.
This is one of the essential skills that is needed to convey message more effectively. My personal
aspiration is to become manager of known or leading company as well as enhancing

manner. The desired future career role is to become a university lecturer with the specialization
in marketing management. I have determined that my understanding and information about
marketing is very strong and it will lead to improve my performance to carry out various task in
more better manner. As a university lecturer of marketing management I will be able to provide
information or knowledge about marketing and its concept to students. There are different things
and practices which is required in order to achieve this career or role along with this successfully
performing different activities (Santyasa, Rapi and Sara, 2020). For becoming effective
marketing manager I have analysed that I needs to consider returning to higher education. This
will be helpful for improving my performance and understanding about different new concept or
aspects of marketing management topic. I will need to consider any financial implication that
includes continuous work. This is helpful for improving my support to successfully achieve
desired role as well as perform required set of practices in significant manner. I have determined
that I need to carry out research in order to access if there is any funding or sponsorship available
at this level. Funding or sponsorship will be able to provide financial assistance in order to

of organisation. I need to focus on leadership skills as well as communication capabilities. This

of business. employee motivation will lead boost the morale of employees to carry out task along
with this maintain better relationship with in company. Different motivation factors along with
their activities and duration to perform for motivating employees is mention below –
Pension scheme – This can be describe as the scheme in which employees will get pay
when they retried for their job role. This is a motivating factors for employees and due to
pension scheme employees will want to work more effectively with in the organisation
till the time they retired so that they can achieve money benefits. This includes activities
such as to encourage all employees to join the company pension scheme. The employer
