INTRODUCTION
It is very important for a person to develop different skills and capabilities in order to
successfully or effectively carry out business practices. There are number of new things that
could be learned by employee while working in a firm as well as use this information to perform
better. It is crucial that individual is analysing or determining person capabilities with the motive
of performing well along with this accomplishing desired objective (Rouvrais, Remaud and
Saveuse, 2020). This report includes future career role along with the personal or professional
training required. It consists of different activities which are needed to eliminate problems and
challenges. Work based project has been determined in order to motivate employees. This report
includes project designed to generate and recommend appropriate solution to the problems or
challenges. Apart from this different tool to monitor or evaluate the progress of project has been
determined.
Personal information brief
I am currently working as the Claims Manager, Royale Accident Management and key
role or responsibility includes providing leadership or coaching to all claims staff. I have done
Level 4: FdA BA Business form the Fairfield School of Business and I am pursuing level 5 of
FdA BA Business. My cultural background includes that I live in UK and I ma familiars with
various languages such as English, Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu and Hindi.
My major strengths is time management skills, creative as well as quick decision making where
as my major weaknesses is lack of communication skills and problem solving capabilities. I have
identified that for further development I need to focus on enhancing communication capabilities.
This is one of the essential skills that is needed to convey message more effectively. My personal
aspiration is to become manager of known or leading company as well as enhancing
organisation customer services facilities.

Personal and professional training can be describe as the activities that are significant for
increasing individual capabilities to carry out personal or professional task in more better
manner. it is essential that person is considering personal or professional training in order to
improve their required practices as well as help in carry out different practices in significant
manner. The desired future career role is to become a university lecturer with the specialization
in marketing management. I have determined that my understanding and information about
marketing is very strong and it will lead to improve my performance to carry out various task in
more better manner. As a university lecturer of marketing management I will be able to provide
information or knowledge about marketing and its concept to students. There are different things
and practices which is required in order to achieve this career or role along with this successfully
performing different activities (Santyasa, Rapi and Sara, 2020). For becoming effective
marketing manager I have analysed that I needs to consider returning to higher education. This
will be helpful for improving my performance and understanding about different new concept or
aspects of marketing management topic. I will need to consider any financial implication that
includes continuous work. This is helpful for improving my support to successfully achieve
desired role as well as perform required set of practices in significant manner. I have determined
that I need to carry out research in order to access if there is any funding or sponsorship available
at this level. Funding or sponsorship will be able to provide financial assistance in order to
achieve career and role.
For successfully or effectively performing this job role I needs to take personal and professional
training. This type of training is significant for providing me accurate information and
understanding to conduct task in better manner. It is important that I attain proper training as it
will help me to enhance my potential and capabilities. Different personal training that I need for
achieving desired goals includes –

very important. Through this I will be able to gather more information or understanding to carry
out professional task in better manner. Professional training that may I need to attain objective

order to attain smart objective with in desired time. I have determined that respective
organisation is facing various issues and problems to carry out business practices smoothly or
effectively. This company facing difficult time due to underperformance of staff member as well
as poor level of communication within organisation. Due to these issues all over performance
and productivity of Raj Spice company is affecting. It will lead to have direct influence over
business growth and development (Kim, 2020). Lack of communication within company is the
major reason for lowering of business performance and it is affecting over business potential to
carry out organisational task. I have analysed that I required personal and professional learning
and development needs that will assist in minimising the identified issues as well as challenges
of organisation. I need to focus on leadership skills as well as communication capabilities. This
will be significant for influencing employees to carry out business practices effectively as well as
improve overall business performance. It is essential that person who is conducting business
practise have set of required skills or potential to perform business task according. Through
leadership capabilities I will be able to encourage employees along with this boost their moral to

is important for company to consider effective and significant approaches to motivate employees
as it will lead to have direct affect over their performance and potential to carry out business
practices (Bakhru and Mehta, 2020). Employees motivation play significant role in capabilities
of business to gain competitive advantage along with this enhance productivity and profitability
of business. employee motivation will lead boost the morale of employees to carry out task along
with this maintain better relationship with in company. Different motivation factors along with
their activities and duration to perform for motivating employees is mention below –
 Pension scheme – This can be describe as the scheme in which employees will get pay
when they retried for their job role. This is a motivating factors for employees and due to
pension scheme employees will want to work more effectively with in the organisation
till the time they retired so that they can achieve money benefits. This includes activities
such as to encourage all employees to join the company pension scheme. The employer
