Work based learning refers to a strategy which enhance experience of student based on
work life where they can apply their academic and technical skills (Dalal and Kaja, 2019). It is a
part of course of education of students related to school and universities. It helps an individual to
be connect with real world and allow them to develop soft skills of a person. This project report
is based on project assigned to front office manager of Rosewood London. It is UK based Hotel
chain which is providing luxury services. It is providing their services in hotel industry, food and
beverages and report services. This project report includes planning and initiation of project with
monitoring and evaluation of progress of project. It also includes benefits, stage of aim and
objectives for completion of project.

project, manager need to setting targets for completion of project. Manager also set aim and
objective of project which helps them for successfully completion of project.
