INTRODUCTION
The development of skills in the personality of the individual is the most important task of the
person. It is very important for the success of the individual that they have skills so that all types
of problems and difficulties can be solved. There are different types of skills are present which is
required by the individual in their personal and professional life. This report is based on the
experience shared by the individual on the basis of learning which they made in their class. This
report provide reflective discussion in relation what the individual learned from the module. It
also states various workplace skills developed while doing this module. It is very important for
the individual that they make focus in the module and try to analyse different types of aspects so
that they can make effective judgement in their life and becomes successful.

What you have learned in the module?
It is one of the most important and valuable module for my life because it enables me to
develop effective and efficient skills and other types of advantages in my life and it also helps
me to analyse different aspect of life in proper manner. There are different types of skills and
styles of learning are understand in this module. These style of learning not only only help in my
personal life as well to achieve the goals and objectives in my professional career. These
learning style has predetermined steps and functions which provides a direction to the individual
in relation to the learning in different aspect. The brief discussion related to these styles of
learning are given below:
The first model which I have learned in this module is the VARK model which is one of the
most superior model in the development of learning skills in the personality of the individual.
This method is one of the most important method of learning under which the individual can can
learned any new skill and trait with the help of four factors such as visual , auditory, reading and
Kinaesthetic. It is very important model for the employees of the employees of the amazon
because it develops several types of skills in the personality of the employees. The management
of the Amazon always try to focus on the skills development in their employees so that the
accuracy and effectiveness in business can be achieved. It is very important for the management
of the Amazon that they use VARK model in their organisation so that the their employees can

learned many skills effectively. There are four aspect are present of this model under which the
employees can develop the skills. The employees of the Amazon has uses visual method under
which different types of visuals helps the employees. It is very important for the managers of the
Amazon that they organised various visual programme in their office under which the employees
can see the visuals and learned different types of skills in their personality. The other basis of this
model is the auditory. Under this style of learning the employees of the Amazon has developed
the skills in their personality by a way of hearing different types of matter. All the factors of this
model helps the employees to understand different aspect of life in systematic manner. It
depends upon the management of the Amazon that how they developed these skills and what
effort they showed for the development of these skills.
The another which I have learned in this type of module is the whole concept of CV. It is a basic
document hold by the aspirant of job under which all the information related to the personal life
and professional career of the individual. It is one of the most important document of the
candidate because it is the first thing which represent the individual in front of the recruiters.
There are so many aspects are present in relation to the CV which I have learned while doing this
project. The basic knowledge of the CV is the first thing which I have developed while doing this
project.
It is very important for the candidate they have developed effective CV so that .the
chances of getting the job becomes easy for the candidate. There are so many things are present
in the market which should be present in the resume of the candidate so that they can attract the
individual towards them. The CV of the candidate becomes effective and the information present
in them should be clear and authentic. The candidate should follow the prescribed structure of
CV at time of developing for them. It is very important for the candidate that they mentioned all
the skills which are present in their personality and also various the experience of work. The
work experience plays a important role in the development of the candidate because it not only
helps the individual to get job easily but also helps the candidate to achieve growth in their new
job. The candidate which are having prior experience has got the job easily but also their pay
structure are more than the new candidate. It is very important for the candidate that they
mentioned all their qualifications in the CV under which all the information should be authentic
and be evidenced with authentic source.

organising. These are the most important and valuable skills which should be present in the

in the market because it enables the employees of the organisation to achieve their goals and
objectives effectively. These skills plays a important for the success of the organisation in the
market because it increases the effectiveness and accuracy in the business. The number of factors
are present inside and outside the organisation which impact the survival of the business such as
political and environmental factors. The employees which are having these skills are more
effective and alert towards these types of problems so it is beneficial for the management of
Amazon if these skills are developed in the personality of their employees. The brief discussion

Communication skills
It refers to those skills of the individual which helps them to interact different types of people. It

because they have many benefits and importance. The main benefit of communication skills of

It refers to those skills of the employees of the organisation which enables them to solve
different types of problems arises in the organisation. It is important for the employees of the
organisation that they develop effective and analytical skills in their personality. The employees
of the organisation should have creative thinking which helps them to understand the problem
and then develop effective strategy to solve these problems. The creative thinking of the
employees are helps the employees of the organisation to understand their personal problem and
try to solve them effectively. The management of Amazon is one of the popular management of
world which is known by their dynamic measure. There are many employees are present in the
management of the company which has creative and innovative thinking. It is not possible for
any type of organisation in the world which does not have problems. The management of
Amazon also faced different types of problems in their organisation which is very dangerous for
the survival of the organisation it is very important for the employees of the organisation that
they develop effective strategies in their organisation with their creative thinking to deal with
these problems.
Negotiation skills
It is one of the most important skill which I acquired while doing this module in the class. It
refers to those skills of the managers of organisation which helps them to solve different types of
disputes in their organisation. It is very important for the manageress of the organisation that
they develop effective negotiation skills in their employees so that the disputes can be
minimised. It is required for the management to develop awareness and effective listening skills
in their employees so that all the effective negotiation skills can developed in them. It is very
important for the management of Amazon that they develop effective and efficient negotiation
skills in the personality of the individual. The management of the Amazon has operates their
business in many countries of the world and huge number of employees are working in the
company. Many new problems are arises in the organisation regularly which develops disputes

The managers of the organisation not only solve the disputes among the employees but also
interfere in the disputes between the management and the employees.
Planning and organising
Management is the most important factor which should be present in the organisation because it

process of planning, organising and controlling the activities of the organisation so that the goals

the skills of planning and organising. The effective planning skills enables the managers to plan
