INTRODUCTION
Gantt chart is a project planning technique that is represented of the particular timing of
every task which is required for complete project (Erol and et.al., 2012). Work break down
structure is a key which is helps to deliver project in manageable section. The report mainly
focused on Gantt chart and work break down structure which is related to new project activities
of NCL company.

Work break down structure is a chart which represents critical work element that is
known as tasks. It is determinant to portray their relationships to each other and for whole
project. It is presented in graphical way which can help to project manager for a result and it is
depended on different scenarios. This is providing help to ensure about the decent decision that
are made about whether or not to follow suggested process or changes. The following WBS
shows relationship between individuals and team and also provides detailed information of NCL
company (Zhang and Chiong, 2016). The aim of the project to increase marketing productivity.
The aim is helpful to increase management skills of users and provide a clear image about the

Henry L. Gantt. It is a simple version of graph paper but it is automated version for project
management applications. It is also called visual presentation of graph where is shown activities
which is broken down and displayed on a chart to make easily understand and it will interpret
according to chart of NCL (Saito and et.al., 2015).
