Relationship is necessary to be maintained with the employees so that flow of
work can go on consistently. It works when both the parties that is
employees and management of the company are under mutual consent. In
order to maintain the relationship both the parties need to put up lot of

Issues related to hours of work and wage rate-

through the same issue of work related hours and overtime every month around the
time of payday. Many employees feel that it is not accurate.

company can disrupt the relations between employees and management and law
will have to take strict actions against them.

There are many employees in different companies who has to go through

that is to change their style of leadership to democratic style of leadership
because then leaders will be able to have control and everyone will be able to

conflicts but with the help of effective measures such as keeping software to
keep a track of everything they will be able to reduce it.

CONCLUSION
From the above studies it has been concluded that Marks & Spencer needs to take
effective use of online platforms, technology and different software so that they
can perform their operations efficiently and remove the factor of conflicts between
employees or managers. There has been cases in the company which has forced
them to either shift them to another branch or terminate them. This totally affects
the flow of work. The software implemented will help them to show that who is
right on their statement and motivate them to work for more, this way even HR of
the company will remain cautious as the whole control of leaves and settlement
will be with them.
