1. A summary of work experience
Working in different fields provides an individual a basis for intellectual challenge along
with assists to upgrade skill sets together with learn for new ones (Sharma, Israel and Bhalla,
2019). I, Elena Ilie started working as housekeeping where I gained experience related to
performing ample number of cleaning practices including mopping, sweeping, dusting along
with polishing. In this job field, I have gained insights about managing addition to avoiding
mistakes while devising decisions in housekeeping department. The job field not only included
assisting guests, rather, also entailed well illustrated management competences in form of
planning, leading, controlling as well as decision making. After some time period, I have
switched my job career to accounting field wherein I learnt to maintain addition to expand
financial health of an enterprise. In this, I have carried out activities to track financial revenues
and expenditures, ensure compliance of statutory regulations and management in making
business based decisions. Further, I have tapped professionalism in construction field in which
my experience taught me significance of visiting job site prior releasing plans for building or
bidding. While working in such jobs, I have learned to speak Italian and other languages well. I
have also worked as supervisor in which I gained experience of leading a team along with
executing plans that are developed by seniors. With this experience, I have set my objective of
life to open an online business in future.

Job experiences have advanced skills and knowledge of an individual to great level (Torres,

many more. In my work experience, I have attended various kinds of professional events which
turned out to be more valuable to me to learn aspects concerned with growth and development of

access together with insight for expert in my profession. While working in different professional
areas, I gained insight that knowledge addition to skill are essential in life of an individual
