1. A summary of your work experience
After completing my academics in 2013, I started working as a Cashier with KFC in
2015. There I worked for 1+ year and gain several management skills along with good
experience. In April, 2020, I switched my profile and become a warehouse worker and started
working with Charles Bentley & Sons Ltd. I was performing very well in my profile, then I get
the opportunity in the same field from The Skygate Very Group.
I grab the opportunity and from May 2020, I am working here as a warehouse employee.
I am a highly motivated warehouse employee with the flexible attitude and great experience of
managing the roles and responsibilities of warehouse worker.
2. A consideration on how that experience has advanced your skills and knowledge
Through working with the KFC, I advanced my skills and knowledge as I was working as
cashier, I had to deal with the customers on daily basis. I develop the skills of managing the time
as per the task, so that the task can be completed on time by avoiding the errors. I worked there,
in a team which also develop the skills of coordination and performance of tasks in team. I also
worked there, on the creation of several advertisements and marketing strategies which develop
the same skills within me as well.
When I joined Charles Bentley & Son Ltd, I had to perform the tasks of updating
inventory, use of several new equipments, coordination with several employees in order to dock
and store the products in the warehouse. It leads to the enhancement of several skills within me
such as time management skills, adoption of new and advance technology, coordination among
team members and many more.
The experience of warehouse worker with The Skygate Very Group helps me in gaining
several new skills as well such as attaining the targets and goals, operating new equipments, time
management and many more.
3. A summary of how that experience relates to the course of study applied for.
There are several skills which I gained during my work experience of corporate world as
a cashier and warehouse employee. Some of those skills include effective communication skills,
time management skills, customer relation skills, adoption of new and advance technology, team
player, attaining goals and targets before deadlines and many more.

All of these skills are found as necessary for the position of manager in management. But
it is also necessary to have a business and management degree to develop my career in the same
field. I had applied for the course of business and management because I think that I have
already develop several skills and knowledge in myself which are necessary for the effective
growth and success of my career.
