INTRODUCTION
Work based experiences can be defined as the appropriate learning for the growth and
development of applicants. It is paid or unpaid opportunity to improve skills, abilities as well as
competencies of candidates which aids to achieve success in future. There are various types of
work-based experiences like part-time, service projects and internships in the organisations
(Billett, Sweet and Glover, 2013). As per case study travel and tourism corporation is taken
which provides better knowledge and information to individuals. The present report describes
about suitable organisations that can provide industry experience. It also introduce the business
constraints on the work experience offered. Furthermore, it prioritise tasks and responsibilities
which are involved in work experience. In addition to this, it represents the benefits of proposed
activities to the business and learner. It states the suggestions for more improvement in the
present process within organisation. Further, it monitors progress against original proposal
produced task. It evaluates the quality own performance and it explains about industry standards
to improve efficiency in a appropriate manner.

to its consumers. After research and evaluation, I analysed that the hotel give respect their

quality. Due to this reason, there are many constraints which I analyse regarding my placement
offer in the organization. Associated constraints like trainings, development program and
orientation are given by the firm. With the contribution of this approach, I can interpret the work
environment and culture which are followed by enterprise in a appropriate manner.
Through induction, I will know about present managers and employers who will enhance
increase my devotion at my own work. With the contribution of these experts, I can measure my
knowledge and skills level which can aid to increase my motivation as well as confidence level
in the organization. By training sessions, I can make myself more innovative and productive for

On the other side, time of my superior and managers is also limitation because they do
not have more time for training and development due to higher work pressure. Further, this can
affect the knowledge and information which can create complexities to achieve my goals and
objectives. Non availability resources like technical, financial and human resource can produce

tasks and responsibilities for handling my time and work in a systematic manner. For this, I take
suggestion of my supervisor so that I can prioritize my job according to their importance.

It is important task for the management of hotel to recruit and select talented,
