1. A summary of your work experience
I am a skilled and flexible warehouse employee currently working with The Skygate
Very Group. I'm working here from May, 2021. Before it, I worked as cashier with Lee Cooper
and Moo Gelato. Along with this, I also worked as a receptionist with Terra Hotel for almost 6
months.
All these work experiences helps me in gaining the skills which I am currently using
while performing my roles and responsibilities of warehouse employee. I have a total corporate
work experience of almost 2 years during which I enhance my skills and knowledge.
2. A consideration on how that experience has advanced your skills and knowledge
When I was working with Moo Gelato on the profile of cashier, I had to deal with the
customers in order to manage their cash. It helps me in enhancing the skills of establishing strong
customer relationship. I worked there as a team member which also leads to the development of
coordination within myself. Through working as a receptionist in Terra Hotel, I also develop
several skills and knowledge within me.
Some skills and knowledge include managing data of customers, effective
communication, providing satisfactory response to clients, establishing good customer
relationship, coordinating with several other functional areas, working as team member and
many more. Along with this, I also develop the skills of understanding customers requirements,
creating marketing and advertising strategies through the use of several social media platforms,
time management skills during my working experience with Lee Cooper as a cashier.
Currently, I am working with The Skygate Very Group which is helping me in
developing several skills such as inventory management, record keeping, usage and knowledge
of variety of equipments and many more. In this, I make advance my skills and knowledge
through gaining work experiences of corporate.
3. A summary of how that experience relates to the course of study applied for.
I felt that I had worked very well on the enhancement of my skills and knowledge during
my working life and as a result, I develop several management skills which can help me in
making my career more effective and successful. In order to attain the growth in management

field, I require a management degree as well because it is not enough to have only management
skills.
If I take admission in business and management course, I can work very well on the skills
which I develop in myself and attain a good position in management. I develop managing skill,
communication skills, record keeping skills, team working skills, customer relationship skills
which made my personality as an employee of management. If these skills combine with a
business and management degree, it will become easy for me to achieve growth and success in
future.
