INTRODUCTION
This study is conducted to an emphasis on the work based experience of a person and its
importance in software and communication business. The discussion will include different
planning and evaluation studies, assessments and research objectives, under the purview of
different companies and their practical environment. The two companies are taken here as
Vodafone Plc and EE limited. Vodafone is a London based telecommunication conglomerate
which has its operations placed in 25 countries worldwide. Vodafone is ranked number 4
globally among mobile operator groups and employs more than 111,000 employees throughout
the world. The analysis will be based on a job position of Web Developer at Vodafone.
Similarly EE limited is also a mobile network operator, British origin and operates in many
different software developments and telecommunication field. It is also a competitor of
Vodafone in the UK and provides 4G services, accounting 29.6% of such services. In its context,
the analysis will be as an "HR Manager” at EE limited.
