management need to encourage those workers so that they are assisting management, HSR and
PCBU in ensuring their own safety at workplace. There are some ways in which management
and employers could encourage workers to use safe work practice and thus contributing in
workplace safety (Worker Participation, 2018). For this thing to happen first step which
management need to follow is to make a plan which will be implementing within workplace
areas giving employees time and resources for participating in program. Management should
also be maintaining open door policy so that anyone could come and give advice and share
problems which are been faced by them. Management should also be encouraging workers so
that they can report all injuries, illness, hazards and risk which in according to their knowledge.
