Work related learning refers to the plans of action which is delivers for providing the actual
scenario or experiences to the student for bringing the changes in their lifestyle. It deliver
assistance in providing better academic performance and apply various skills and knowledge
for improving the employability(Aboramadan, and et.al. 2019). The present report will
demonstrate the effectiveness of work related learning which deliver support in
accomplishing the career goal and develop best career path. Apart from that the report will
highlight the career prospects. On the basis of that further the report will shade a light on the
opportunities regarding the career development.

Work related learning is the essential element for developing the best career path and
accomplish the personal as well as professional life. From my personal experiences I can
say that the individual person is more valuable or knowledgeable when he or she focus on
their learning and try to improve them on the regular basis. For my career development I
determine my area of interest for upcoming career path which is essential to determine the
actual opportunity. In order to determine my career opportunity and my capability to achieve
my aim and objective of life I conduct short analysis of my personal skills which will
support me in future and allow me to become effective professionalism. From my personal
analysation I come to know that I have better communication skills due to which I am able to
exchange my ideas, skills and knowledge with the other members of the organisation or with
my friends, family, and other members associated with me and my career path. Basically the
communication is the effective mode of developing better understanding among the people
as per my personal observation (Asah, Fatoki, and Rungani, 2015).
Apart from that I am having good decision making power so I can take better decision in
forthcoming time period regarding my personal as well as professional life. Furthermore
due to that I am able to accomplish my career goal and deliver better performance within the
organisation. Along with that I have thew quality of leading the people in effective as well as
efficient manner and I consider it as my biggest strength. For leading the multiple people of
the organisation it is important to have confidences and I am confident to manage the
operation and resources of the organisation. As I am self-motivated person I can encourage

come to know that I have better opportunity to develop my career path and achieve all hights
of success in the forthcoming period of time. For instance with the relevant skills I have
ability to deal with the challenges and become the human resources manager of the company
in specific time period. Moreover lack of skills and knowledge and increasing creativity and
innovation is the biggest threat for me. Along with that in order to deal with this threat the
