INTRODUCTION
Healthy work life is defined as a harmony between the different aspect of life which provide
wellness and resilience. Moreover, the benefit gained from each area are usually helpful to
support and provide strength to others. There are many people which is usually helpful in
morning to blend their work and personal life in the successful way. This is also called work life
integration. In this, the healthy balance might look like meeting the deadlines at work and still
having time for the friends and pursuing their hobbies. As per this, it also indicates that having
enough time to sleep at a proper routine and eat in appropriate way. In this, the work life balance
also indicates that there is a no any worry about the task (Blackburn and et. al., 2017).
RESULTS
Theme 1: Manage stress in work
This research is very important to understand the present scenario which is usually focus on
the future and their work. This research focusses on the individual needs and way to manage
their work life. Due to the lack of management within the work life, it creates complications with
the relationship and also create mental stress. In this, the work life is very important to
understand the social needs which is based on interaction and communication with the peoples of
society and various communities.
Theme 2: Develop resilience and well being
The poor work life balance usually creates various complications and serious consequences
such as fatigue that can reduce the ability towards work productivity and create lack of focus. In
this, it is also created major complications with the professional regulation. In this, the health can
also be minimised due to the long working hours which can cause stress which may create
adverse effect on the immune system. Moreover, for the longer period it's create mental disease
or any disorder which can create hindrance in the development of resilience and wellbeing. As
per this, the work life balance is very important aspect for the healthy work environment.
Theme 3: Maintaining work life balance
The maintaining work life balance usually help individual to reduce their stress and help to
prevent burnout in the workplace. With this, too much stress over a longer period of time lead to

create workplace burnout. Whereas, the employees who work in the overtime hours are high risk
of burnout which may render the work life balance and mental health (Poulose and et. al., 2020).
DISCUSSION
There are various strategies which is helpful for maintaining the work life balance which
include prioritise the time with family and friends and also know the peaks and hard time while
working. In this, plotting some personal time is also helpful approach to maintain the work life
balance. As per this, the time management and making comfortable workspace is also a strategy
for balancing the work life (Wood and et. al., 2020).
As per this, the main motive to conduct this research to provide the information which is
helpful among the adults and various age group to develop their timetable or the routine and
work accordingly to support the families as well as work with a different time. This is helpful
approach to develop well-being and resilience among the people (Le and et. al., 2020).
