in bringing the balance into their work and life. This ppt
discusses about the merits of allowing the employees the use of
technological devices at office premises.
Introduction

Work life balance
As the working styles has take a shift from traditional to modern, the
organisations has also gave the allowances to people for the use of
technological devices into the working premises. This has created
the work mobility among the employees and organisations. The
employees can now use the mobile devices in their work premises
and from this they are now able to handle their work and life. The
introduction of mobile devices into the working operations and
premises has give benefit to the employees in the following ways:

Work mobility
Now the employees can work irrespective to the place and time. They
can have the full access to the work as the organisation has
allowed the usage of technology and technological devices. The
employees performs the work at their home also, spending some
time with their families also in mean time. The work mobility
has given a relaxation to the employees as now they can manage
the time and other related factor accordingly. Also the employee
can get some relaxation at work also if he is using his mobile
device.

Productivity
When an employee regularly spend 7 to 8 hours of
a day in office premises only, this motivation
and the productivity to perform the work gets
decrease with time. This put a direct impact
upon the result of the organisation. But the
technological devices as provided an
opportunity to organisation to perform his
work at home or at other places also they can
perform the work (Kildare and Middlemiss,
2017). Through this the employees does not
ned to spend these long hours at office as they
can complete it anywhere. This also motivates
and increases the productivity of employees to
perform the work.

Other positive aspects
The other positive aspects includes the flexibilities in working styles,
increase in morale of employees, increase in productivity and
working styles of the employees. The employees can easily
communicate with other employees via messaging, video
conferencing, skype and etc (Jones, 2016).

Conclusion
From this ppt we have seen the positive impact of using the
technological devices like mobile phone in maintaining the balance
in the work life of employees. Some of the positive impact includes
the increase in moral, production, work mobility and etc.
