one of the most important barrier that affect implementation of work life balance. As there are
some barriers which company face in executing the enrichment experience and also work life
balance for an instance lack of the control, unsupportive relationship, no skills, high stress level
etc. These all the factors develop negative impact on the work life balance of employees and also
enrichment of experience at workplace.
