INTRODUCTION
Discussion is the important part of the work because that is help to find out the best
solution for work in an effective manner. The present report is discussed on “the concept of work
life merge”.
MAIN BODY
Discussion on the topic which is work life merge.
Work life balance is more important and effective for the people because it creates a great
opportunity at the workplace. Work as employment, remunerated work and the job. 'As per the
literature review, Ahmad (2017)', said that well-being involves psychologically and physically
but also goes with an empowered at workplace. The definition of well-being incorporates the
idea which is the combination of motivational and behavioural dimensions. As per the research
that had been concluded motivation the is very important for people to manage their work and
life in proper manner because this is the main reason of success of employment in the company.
On the other side, it is stated the equilibrium in the demand of personal life, family and
professional life are equally merged in an effective manner. This creates more values for their
life balance in the proper manner. In modern society looking for boundary blurring between the
work and life domain is important to manage. 'According to the literature review, Becker (2017),'
scholar has said that the various theory of boundary proposes which involves the management of
boundaries between work and personal life throughout the processes of segmenting and
integrating the domains. In other words, gender matter when it comes to understanding the
various consequences of the flexible working. The man and woman use the flexible working in
the different ways which leads various outcomes for well-being work life balance and work
intensification.
Another way the household structure appears to be more important in outcomes of
flexible working. In the literature review author has stated that the occupation of workers also
matter, where the gender in the negative spill over are effects namely working long unpaid
overtime hours by making proper and effective schedule for work and for its growth factors is in
the effective manner (Deery & Jago (2015). At the macro level, there has needs to be changes in
our gender norms and ideal working culture. This creates the more problem in flexible working
because this is not long our gender normative views about the family roles had changed. In the

way people select and perceive flexible working will be used by the men and women is unlikely
to change (Van Manen (2016).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it have been concluded that the work life balance has
importance for balancing people because this helped to get more advantage for business. By
managing that in the proper manner people had effectively got their best competitive advantage
in their work and life balance.
