INTRODUCTION
Work life balance can be termed as the equilibrium state in which the individuals
generally manages their personal and professional life effectively. This provide mental peace to
the person. In scenarios where the individual is not being able to manage all such balance than it
will create a stress. Work related stress is majorly the response which is been presented in the
employees and the person who feels immense pressure in managing their abilities and
challenges(Todres2022). This report will provide the main causes of work related stress and the
ways through which the healthy work life balance can be managed.

responsible for maintaining a healthy work-life balance, the employer or the employee
Work related stress is associated with the occupational stress that affect the physical and
the mental wellbeing of the individuals. This is the pressure which is faced by the
individuals while managing their work life balance and the ill mental state that is caused
through the challenges which are being faced while working(Sprung, and Rogers, 2021).
Causes and effect of work related stress
Some of the major issue that causes work related stress are like heavy work load which is
been made on the employees that create immense pressure, job insecurity, discrimination, poor
communication and relationship with colleagues, harassment, frequent changes in the working of
the organisation all these serves to make the work related stress. Other than this the effect which
is been caused by all such stress will be anxiety, depression, aggression, insomnia and various
other issues in the interrelationship. As when the employees in the organisation analyse and get
too much work pressure and load that will make to face various physical, mental, psychological
and behavioural stress. It will make the individuals to have lower tolerance and also disinterest in
their field of working.

The employers in the organisation will have the keen responsibility to retain the staff and
also to manage effective work life responsibility. There embarks that as when the employees feel
demotivated this will eventually affect the companies working and will lead to affect the nature
and the common working propaganda (Hjálmsdóttir,. and Bjarnadóttir 2021). So the employers
will have the responsibility to maintain proper communication with the employees in terms of
work and also for the workload. A proper action plans required to be made in order to maintain
the balance and to prepare the employees for the future goals. As this is the responsibility of the
employers to maintain effective balance and communication in the company.
CONCLUSION
From this above report it is concluded that, work life balance is the management of
professional and personal working of the individuals with effective working and adjustments.
When the systematic approach is not being made that will lead to affect the work life balance and
will create work related stress that can cause depression, anxiety, lack of confidence and many
more. Further it is also concluded that, it is the responsibility of the managers and the employers
to manage effective work life balance by communicating and strategies the action plan.
