Social workers is considered to be very crucial because it helps in improving the outcomes
within the life of others. This study will examine the key issues experienced by workers and
stress management strategies. It will also highlight on case management scenario and employee
wellness plan associated with each worker.

Workers within the organization tends to encounter high degree of work pressure within
the workplace which eventually affects their mental as well as physical health. Overtime work
and ineffective work life balance is considered to be as one of the key significant issues which
are experienced by a workers
Evaluating how excessive stress, burnout, grief and violence impacts workers.
Stress within the workplace tends to have a very negative impact on the workers because it
will eventually results in low degree of employee performance which in turn tends to hamper the
performance of an organization. Burnout and grief within the organization also results in high
degree of error rate and also tends to result in poor quality of work. Violence among the
employees tend to result in high degree of emotional disorder, health problems, depression, work
