for the success and development of the organization. Training is provided to the staffs with the
help if various kinds of methods that includes workshops, classrooms, demonstrations, meetings,
and conferences.
The main issue on which the report is going to investigate is about the impact of human
resource management which helps in preparing the training modules for the employees within
any workplace. In different organizational structures it has been noticed that the poor human
