key assets in an organization, it is imperative for the mangers to take proper care towards
strengthening the value among them (Noe et al. 2017). There lies the significance of technology,
which the human resource departments of the organizations should follow for the sake of
completing the challenging tasks and thereby increase the capability of the activities and
processes of HR department.
Research objectives:
It is imperative for frame research objectives to move the research towards proper

The researcher has faced certain limitations in the way of conducting the research in a
proper manner. If the research would have been carried out on more number of HR managers of
Coca Cola Amatil, then stronger perspective regarding the company would have been gained. At
the same time, the managers were also biased while answering the questions.
Recommendations:
Collaborative and productive team productive team plays a major role in attaining long
term success from business by satisfying the challenging mission. It is recommended for Coca
Cola Amatil to use the modern technology in terms of keeping the staffs in an integrated
platform. Communication software is to be used by Coca Cola Amatil for the sake of
strengthening the communication among the team mates. At the same time, it is suggested for the
companies to use cloud-based project management software for the sake of improving the
performance of entire team by leading them to complete a work in a systematic manner.
