identified in Unilever during
the time period of covid-19
crisis and further. It is found
that organization and leaders
faced vast impact on the
business performance through
which it heavily impacts on
their overall working
productivity. It has been found
that organization has faced
come across various issues
which created mismanagement
issues in organizations. There
are some issues that majorly
covered the concern from the
workforce management.

Lack of collaboration -
While taking this into
consideration it is executed
that employee and managers
were unable to collaborate
with each other at time of
pandemic. As such sources of
discussion were existed into
online sources in which
organization faced several
difficulties in similar manner.
The primary challenge for the
company can be said as
organization to check that
workforce is operating
productively by themselves to
accomplish corporate aim and
meet with market demands.
Health and safety measures -
In regarding to this concern it
is found that at the time of
pandemic people were aware
about their health and safety
rather than being attentive at
workplace which formulated
various difficulties for
managers to access over
effective working progress.
Working people of
organization were least
attentive towards meetings,
discussions and several other
factors.

specific concerns, workforce
management is problematic aspect
which is followed by company.
Leaders have access over various
resources and factors to make the
work efficiency more clear and
specific. In this case at time of
crisis, it is interpreted that
leadership styles at that time were
not suitable to make the effective
decisions to bring the work
efficiency in individuals.
Recommendation on issue
Workplace or workforce management is the major
concern which drives the effectiveness of
organization as such there are various consequences
that negatively impact to employee performance. It
is essential to develop positive work culture or better
working environment for employees so that they can
contribute more towards organization growth. There
are manly significant terms in which company can
maximize their work efficiency and gain competitive
advantage in their places. Leaders should follow
suitable norms to easily access over all such
negative outcomes and deal with several issues by
themselves. It is also suggested that leaders must
develop such culture where employee performance
is being recognized, through this fundamental
process most of the employee tend to provide better
and efficient work ratio. Thus, leaders have ability to
manage the overall process with the help of
evaluative measures. They should be applicable to
build communication, employee benefits,
recognitions, and other factors to motivate
employees.
