Within the organization, there are different type of issues that are faced within the firm, it
is important that proper focus is made so that all the employees put on their full efforts so that
the rate of performance can be improved . To conduct the research in effective manner, JKL is
taken in to consideration. They are planning to improve their performance level through skilled
workers.

JKL. Employees are the face of organization as they have direct interaction with customers. They
are the one who present the products and services to customers. Improvement made in the part of
workforce will enable to raise the sales and profitability . There are many different type of issues
that are faced within the organization. In this context , it includes in effective working
environment. It is important for the business to make sure that they are able to perform their roles
in effective manner. Further, workers are provided with certain set of roles that has to be played
by them. From the findings, it can be stated that they are not able put on their full efforts for the
type of work that are provided to them.

be stated that the rate of performance is low. There are many numbers of employees who leave
the firm. There are many types of reasons that are given by each of them. From the findings, it is

for leaving the firm includes lack of opportunity, lack of recognition, unhealthy work culture,
etc. This in simple words, it can be stated that workers are not satisfied with the type of roles and
responsibilities that are played by them. Sales force includes majority of people involved and
they are the one who have direct interaction with customers. It required understanding the
importance of taking up appropriate steps so that the rate of satisfaction from the side of
employees can be raised.

stated that for senior manager, there are 4 of the employees determine, for branch manager, there

forward the employee are very resistant to the change. The company is suffering from high
employee turnover because of the lack of opportunity and unhealthy working environment to
overcome this issue the firm has adopted many strategies so that not only the needs of
organisation can be met but it also guarantees employee satisfaction. These strategies main
objective was to reduce the retention of employee and promote skilled labour so that capability
of overall firm can be enhanced (Shields and et. al., 2015) Communication, befits, recognition
are few strategies that firm has adopted. After reviewing the above question manger has decided
to pay attention toward the legal regulation that has been missing from previous strategy. It
necessary of firm to make sure that this legislature are adapted in the firm. In case this are not
implemented it may result in employee dissatisfaction along with legal hassle that firm has to go
through. Along with this motivation also seek the attention of manger to increase the motivation
of employee, motivational theories like Maslow and equity theory have been adopted in firm.
Firm has alos decided to provide their employees with proper training so that their skills and
capability can be enhanced.
