The issue in the resource allocation has been currently available in the schedule which is
to be developed in the warehouse construction project. It has been found that the use of resource
have been maintained for over location with the help of resource levelling. The resource
levelling process is undertaken in the tasks for project initiatives have not been adjusted and nit
reflected in the separate assignments. Proper analysis of the resource levelling f the project help
in reflecting the project duration for increasing the cost with different activities to be formed in
the project.

d) Problems associated with Ms project after the process of resource levelling
There has been no change in the sequence of the task after the resource levelling process
have been completed. However, the project duration have been identified in the table as the total
duration of the project has been increased.

It has been observed that the phase of planning of the workhouse construction project
has been completed and a memo has been generated as the details of planning stage has
been required for completing the planning stage. It has been observed that planning
phase of the project has been reflecting the overall workhouse project construction might

2018. However, the project will be completed on 23rd Dec 2019. The duration of project
increases due to process of resource levelling is generally undertaken. However, the
