and help academic counselor in completing regular task and also provides support to the dean of
education by ensuring proper scheduling of a academic pogram in a institution. Assistant
academic also make sure of timely supply of study material and books to the faculty, Assistant
academic also assist teacher in keeping records of a student progress toward the educational
goal. In some institution responsiblities of assistant academic also include student work
evaluation, Conference of students and also supervises the performance of class room incharge
and section incharge (Siems and et.al.,2017). Assistant academic also provides feedback to the

discussion with the faculty in deciding the upcoming step to take forward the academics in the
institution, on the other hand Assistant academic only assist the dean to schedule the academic

Manager: Manager has a responsibilities to lead the institution by his leadership skill and make
sure of the quality assurance in the firm by regularly evaluating the performance of the
institution but on the other hand Assistant academic helps manager in doing that by providing
feedback of activities going in the institution.

Meaning of team dynamic: it helps to work in team rather than an individual. it provides the
nature of work provided by team. It affects the behaviour of an individual (Kozlowski, 2015).
Working with a team gives new ideas and innovation. Working with a team gives a healthy
enviornment. In team dynamic two or more people working together to achieve specific goal.it
influences the behaviour. It depends on nature and personalities within the team. Their working
relationship with other people and enviornment in which they work. Co-workers from different
fields work together they have different innovative and ideas (Team Dynamic, 2013).
Benefits of working alone : the plus point of working alone is the person need not to
answerable to someone else. The person has full credit. Individual can easy to focus on whatever
task assign to them. Individual has the right to decide what to do and when to do. Goldsmith

unproductive way (Siems and et.al.,2017). They have a clear idea about what they think in
helpful an unproductive way. Most of the people have clear ideas about what they think. The
employees must ask to move to another team. Due to lack of training of managers. Sometimes
people may pushed if they feel they cannot manage work.
Communication problem: there is a communication problem among a team. Be aware that a
