In this assignment, reflection account is improved for this module.; In this assignment,
experience as well as feeling of researcher will be reflected. It is developed or improved by
adopting gibbes reflective model. It assists in reflecting every aspect that is experienced earlier.
The factors that are involved below must be linked with this reflection model and it involves
description, feelings, evaluation, conclusions as well as action.
l Description
This model has been founded is HR7004 and it is based upon topic named as mental
wealth. In this module or assignment, mental wealth signifies power as well as significance of
knowledge or skill that assists in improving several capabilities and knowledge. This module is
given by choosing a particular topic named as “A study on working capital Management and Its
Impact on Profitability of Selected pharmaceutical Company of UK”. In relation to this module,
several objectives or goals as well as test hypotheses. This assignment was given by adopting
secondary source of research in which there are various methods is used named as books,
journals and many more. In addition to this, the methodology used in mixed method that helps in
make sure the results is depend upon both qualitative and quantitative data or information. It
assists me in fulfilling my objectives of research that are connected to the concept of corporate
governance ad well as larger 4 audit organization. Both these kind of variable were considered as
a independent variable and effect was assessed on super market sector of UK addition with
assessing values or worth of these kind of variable which were considered as larger leader in
market or small rival firms.
This module is considered as an opportunities that assists in assessing the concept in
relation to mental wealth that assists a topic which is considered both quantitative as well as
qualitative aspects.
Feelings
For developing or improving module, there are different types of feelings which were
already experienced by me as well as it is considered as proper feeling that impose direct effect
on my work at some extent. In addition to this, there were both favourable and adverse feeling
and determining this, I can regime that my own experience level of improving this module must

be considered as a mix feelings. From the starting of this assignment, it is necessary to improve
poster which will improved by involving research depend upon chosen topic. I analyse it is quite
complex for me in starting of this module to sort overall goals in order to improve the base of
research. Therefore, the starting time period bring nervousness and improved a lack of level of
confidence inside me which results my ideas in respect of conclusion that I will not capable to
finish the project but once overall goal were improved, my feelings gets changed in term of
confidence and it was re-build in me in order to influence me to improve presentation of poster
in an effective manner.
Whenever I realises that I an performing my work in wrong direction then I am focusing
on consulting with my team leader to get a effective solution. Therefore, my experience level in
relation to improving this model is considered as a favourable with several spots of struggle.
l Evaluation
My experience level of improving this module involves both favourable as well as
adverse factors. The adverse factors involve complexity in improving hypothesis as well as
change or modify them into a abstract framework. Therefore, I had taken decision to take help
from friends, peers and so on who assisted me to provide a direction in right way that results in
improving a proper proposal for investigation of my poster. The adverse effect of improving this
model can involve the methodology selection. The researcher adopt these methods which were
already chosen in research methodology. Determining this statement, I was increasing my
awareness regarding break my experience through which I found it method too tough to choose
proper method that helps in organising the research in an appropriate way. Therefore, my
experience level in relation to improving this model is considered as a favourable with several
spots of struggle.
In addition to the adverse aspects mentioned above, there are various favourable factors as
well. The significant favourable factor was improving my already set skill. By improving
presentation of poster in power point, my knowledge or skill to perform work by adopting
Microsoft power point increased and I acquired to appropriate presentation as well as view my
content in an effective manner. Apart from this, my knowledge or skill in respect of corporate
governance as well as larger 4 auditing organisation also enhanced and in current time period, I

have been increasing my level of understanding regarding how external factor effect financial
condition of whole industry which is the supermarket of UK in present times.

As per me, I believe I have contributed my best for improving this assignment but there
are several factors which is necessary to involves in completing my work in module. I have
gathered necessary data or information by using secondary source that can not appropriately
justify these hypotheses in more reliable way. If these information is checked by using primary
source then it is accurately tested. There is other factor which is involved in performing my work
that must be presenting results by adopting tables and also bullet points that helps me in making
attractive presentation and also provide favourable results.

There are different kind of changes which must be executed in order to improve module
or assignment again. I would like to use primary source for collecting reliable data or
information for completing my work in better way. It is also helpful for me in increasing my
communication skill as well as interpersonal skills.
