INTRODUCTION
Working and leading with people is the term which defines the selection or recruitment of
new employees in the organization and assign right person at a right job according to their skills
and knowledge. In fact every successful organization want to utilize all of their resources in
appropriate way by achieving their goals and objectives in a minimum time period. Apart from
this, this report is all about recruitment process with the help of various effective theories and
useful information (Bush, 2013). The main motive of the report is to help in selecting best
alternatives by conducting many more selection programmes. In other words working and
leading with people describes the overall scenario of the selecting appropriate persons or
individuals to perform some sort of activities and task according to their skills and talents. Last
but not the least an organization need to consider all the relevant facts and figures before
recruiting or selecting any individual.

1.1 Preparation of documentation to select and recruit a new member of staff
Mark Spencer is one of the famous multinational retail organization specialised in
manufacturing clothes and home products for domestic as well as foreign customers by adopting
various effective techniques and methods (Middlewood, 2013). Cited organization want to hire
ten more employees to perform specific activities according to their skills and knowledge. In fact
an organization need to follow the appropriate procedure and process to conduct a hiring
program for new joiner.
Recruitment and selection process goes through following steps:-
Arising of vacancies due to many reasons.
Conduct advertisement programmes to update the society about vacancies.
Selection of skilled and eligible candidate without discriminating on the bases of caste, religion,
