the company. The employees within PM company needs to focus on the objectives and goals and increase
their productivity, In order to increase the productivity and efficiency various teams are created in the
company, working in a group helps an individual to improve his skills and knowledge(Welch,2014). The
Belbin's team roles model within the Pm company is as follows -
Coordinator – The person leading a team or group of people is known as a Coordinator or leader,
The coordinator motivates the team members to achieve a task or goal.
Shaper – He or she is task focused leader, a shaper design or shape the activities needed to be
performed for achieving a specific objective or task.
Plant – The plant is a person who identify the problems and issues, this person has an impressive
IQ.
Resource investigator – The resource investigator is a person concerned with identifying different
opportunities.
Implementer – The implementer is a silent participant in a team.
Monitor – A monitor is a person who evaluate the team performance.
3.3 Effectiveness of team within Purple mail company
The PM company is a leading courier services providing organization within the UK, the main
reason for the success of the company is an effective workforce performing the business activities
impressively. The workforce within the mail company is divided into various staffs or teams who share
their skills and knowledge while working effectively for accomplishment of the group task and
objectives. The company has a well planned and framed organizational structure that helps them to
