INTRODUCTION
Partnership working is highly effective within health and social care organisation. This is the
one in which there is need to ensure about the effective delivery of services to the service user.
This refers to the sharing of resources and working together as a separate organisation which can
providing high benefits from pooled expertise, power sharing and resources. It has the goal to
enhance the quality and efficiency of the service provision. There is high impact in delivery of
effective service within health and social care sector which should be taken in consideration
about effective learning and better response. In this, there is need to work with the service user
who are getting and consuming the health and social care services. This can also impact the
service delivery for better impact. This reflective journal includes the historical account which is
related with the field of health and social care. It also includes the history and how to situate the

A historical account
There is need for better and effective partnership working that can have high impact on
delivering of better health and social care services. This can be effective in providing better and
using of other resources for the service delivery. It is evaluated that partnership working is
effective from the old time and provide high benefits to the service user. This is the one that have
high impact on the delivery of effective services that can have better outcome as the
improvement in client health. Through the partnership working there are many benefits which
care delivered to either patient and health and social care service provider or professional. This
can allow to use different resources and with the consent of patient and working with them health
and social care service provider can have better response while delivering their services and can
allow to achieve better health for improving the quality of life (Garbacz & et. al., (2020)). As a
health and social care service provider I have some observation and experience which is effective
and allowed me to learn from it. It was effective where getting interacted with the patient or
client provide various new information about their changing in their health. This allowed me to

get work in more effective way and allow to make decision accordingly. This is an effective way
which is running from the old time where health and social care worker were effectively getting
high response for better deal with positive outcomes while delivering of health and social care
services.
There are different aspects of the health and social care services which can be effective and
allow to get better response for delivering of health and social care services in more efficiently
for the better and improved health of patient. I have been working in health and social care
organisation in which I needed to take care of the mental health patient who are facing difficulty
in delivery of care services through getting coordination with patient to get their health
improvement. This allowed me to get patient personal health related information which can be
highly effective in making decision according to their needs and current health. Here, partnership
working plays an important role in dealing with the effective response that can allow to receive
appropriate support to the service user that can be helpful in dealing with the patient health.
Psychiatric health professional is effectively deal with the mental health patient that can have
their own experience and to make effective decision, there is need to get proper health
information dealings (Witter & et. al., (2019)).
While during situating health and social care organisation, there is need to ensure that there
are many mental health patients who need better care and support along with supervision to
enable their better and effective quality of life. Here, healthcare professional should ensure about
minimum or negligible risk of neglect or harm within the organisation. This can help to
effectively deal with different patient with their different needs. There is also need to ensure that
everyone should be safe and there is not risk of neglect or harm to the patient with mental health.
In this, there is need to ensure about following the procedure and legislation which should be
effective and can provide better health impact to the individual for their better health
improvement. In this, there is need to ensure about following all the standards procedure, laws
and legislation that should help to provide better health and effective care to the patient for their
health improvement. In this, through following all legislation and providing effective training to
the healthcare profession in effective way can be highly effective to deal with any issues within
organisation that might be arisen during following values and ethical (Lagrew & et. al., (2018)).
There is various perspective of different issues like neglect, harm, breaching
confidentiality and privacy that might arise around ethical values and ethical dealing. This can

have high impact on the delivery of better and effective dealing with mental health patient. While
providing health and social care services there is risk of creating issue of neglect or harm that can
be acted by any support worker (Riegel & et. al., (2021)). In this, values should be followed by
the organisation and should ensure about safety of patient and finding out the issues that lead to
the impact the good values within organisation and should be recorded and documented for
further. There might be change of breaching of confidentiality or privacy of client or patient
during sharing information with patient family regarding health improvement. In such condition,
there can be chance of getting high impact on values of ethical dealing within organisation.
Shared decision making can also be effective and allow to create impact on the values or ethical
dealing within organisation when proceeding with the patient better health. In this, there is need

There are different models of partnership working which are effective and allow to get
better response for the dealing with different patient’s health condition where healthcare services
are needed (Eckert & et. al., (2019)). These model may include The Networking Model, The
Referral System, The Consortium Model, The Multi-Agency Workng Model.
Here, multi-agency working model is the one which includes the sharing of resources that
delivery their service jointly. In this partnership model, there is sharing of resources and work
effectively to deliver better and effective care to the patient. Here, it also builds trust with
individual and the service providers. This can include the partnership where patient can also help
in dealing with condition to improve the patient health.
Here, through using the multi-agency working model, I can provide better and effective
service to the patient. This can also help to improve the quality of services through coordinating
and working with other organisation. This can have high impact on delivery of better and
effective services which can lead to create high impact and better outcomes. Here, within the
chosen organisation, there is need to ensure about the better health and care that can allow to get
better interaction within patient and organisation. Here, through using this multi-agency model, I
can establish better relationship with patient which allow me to deliver quality services. This can
be helpful in dealing with making ethical decision making that can help to get better and
effective response for better service delivery improvement (Gillgren & et. al., (2019)). Here,
within Victoria Asylum, through using the partnership working organisation can deliver better
care support which can be effective and allow to provide better mental health to patient. This can
also help in delivery of effective healthcare service and improve the quality of life. This can help
to share the resources that can allow to improve the delivery of quality care and support to the
organisation that is effective and lead to create high impact on patient health. Victoria Asylum
