ABSTRACT
 This presentation has been studied meaning and the participants in different method
of research ethnography.
 Further, the presentation has also evaluated the advantage and disadvantage of overt
research.
 Moreover, the implication of insider researcher has also been analyzed.
 Some key factor such as Workplace stress, rigid working hours, working conditions,
lack of job security and financial compensation have also been analyzed.
 There are some other alternative strategies has also been evaluated.
 Moreover, the flexible research techniques help to get deep understanding about
convection and the social dynamics, culture.

INTRODUCTION
 Research can be defining as the process of collecting the
data from various sources in order to complete the task in
limited frame of time.
 The present study is based on case study of Leah that
wants to complete it business degree and was not able to
complete due to earlier job.

ETHNOGRAPHY RESEARCH
 Ethnography is one of the qualitative researches in which person emerge itself in
an organization or community in order to observe the behaviour.
 Moreover, the word ethnography is to be stated as written report of the
conducted research in which the ethnographer produces afterword.
 It is the flexible research technique which allow to gain deep understanding of a
convection and the social dynamics, culture.
 In addition to this, it involves some ethical and practical challenges. This
research is also originated in the field of anthropology.

ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE OF
OVERT
 The overt is the one of the research methods where participants have pre informed consent.
 So whatever happens in specific field of research is not the mistake of researcher because all the participants
are performing their research by making aware.
 Overt is the research method which is connected to the subject of “aware” whereas covert method studies
the subject “unaware”.
 In the overt research all the participant are aware which becomes easily to record all the programmes or
events in their presence.

INSIDER RESEARCHER
 Researcher plays important role in success of the topic.
 The insider researcher means collection of data within
the organization, group or community.
 However, the research itself is part of the team.
 While conducting the research Leah has made a diary for
recording the view pints of its employs as it will help
her in identifying the issues faced by them while
managing work life

THE PHENOMENA OF OBSERVATION
 The observation plays very important role in research it
allows the researcher to collect the data buy observing the
situation and behaviour of the participant.
 Moreover, it helps the research in making research most
effective.

RESEARCH STRATEGIES
 For the above scenario the alternative strategy that can be used through
going to college libraries and reading articles.
 Methods of data collection would be purely on the basis of secondary
sources where the individual opinion in form of interview and
questionnaire would not be taken into consideration.
 Moreover, quantitative data techniques would be chosen in form of
charts, graphs, excel sheet so that better picture of the set scenario can be
presented to its users.

CONCLUSION
 From the above presentation it can be summarized that ethnographic research is helpful
in evaluating the own environment.
