been seen in Airdri company. The main reason behind this problem is the constantly based

workplace as they faces lots of issues. The main reason among them was constant based
practicing of the workplace discrimination which not only influences employees existing
performance but at the same time also places major influence to leave the company quickly and
join the other place where they could get equality and respect.
