Introduction
A person uses ethics before doing something for a situation; it is a decision about the particular
work and gives a decision, which may be right or wrong. There are so many ways to explain about ethics
for different places, such as social, commercial, economic, and behavioral trends in an organization
(Crane & Matten, 2016). In next parts of this report, I will discuss about ethical frameworks and ethics
for professional behavior at an organization.
Summary of issues and frameworks discussed in Part A
Ethics is a common term in present time that every person has rights to work in an organization.
Many laws are introduced for working as an employee in an organization. There are so many good
things in the ethics frameworks. There are basic four approaches for the handling unethical things in an
organization. Senior managers are torture employees using different types of actions against them. It is
against the laws as well as it harms rights of a person. It also affects a person’s personal life as well as
professional life (De George, 2011). It is concluded that every organization should follow the ethics and
laws for secure the rights of an employees at workplace. There are some laws in every state for working
in an organization, such as children’s are not allowed for working, maximum working hours, and many
more.
Reflection on your future workplace behavior
An organization has proper policies for managing all the works in an ethical way. They should
follow all ethics for getting their goals. Employees are an asset of an organization like backbone of a
human body. It is a basic rule that work within ethical framework. This is as a boundary defined
according to laws and ethical standards. An ethical framework is a combination of working standards
and rules, which are used for judging human actions in an organization (DesJardins, 2014).
I expect form my future workplace that, it will fully base on the ethical frameworks. I always
follow rules and regulations, still some time some rules are necessary for judging right or wrong. Ethical
issues are arises at many organization but they will handled by the use of laws and ethics (Weiss, 2014).
I follow the basic ethical framework for the working, which is rights-based approach, and virtue
approach. In rights-based approach, provide protection to every person’s rights for work. It helps to

protect them from unethical way to torture somebody. If a person working within their boundaries and
with the full responsibility to his work, then no one can ethically torture him, if rights-based approach is
followed by an organization. This approach is also applicable for non-living things, such as robots. In
virtue approach, when a person in ethical dilemma, it will help him for taking a right decision for
benefits of all human beings, which are affected from that decision (Kizza, 2007).
Professional ethics are affected corporate behavior as well as personal behavior of a person by
so many things. Professional ethics are a group of different skills, such as integrity, consistency, honesty.
All these skills are effects on the personal behavior of a person. I also behave polite and sincerely to
every person in my professional as well as personal life (Wright, 2011). It is also reflect in the behavior of
a person meetings and working style. Ethics makes a person more responsible and respects for people’s
rights and dignity. Ethics are base of human relations. I made many changes in myself with the help of
professional ethics. Professional ethics are used for making behavior of a person suitable for working at
an organization as well as society (Meffert, 2009).
I influence with the upper management in many terms, as my manager behave in a very polite
way and always listen about problems related to working as well as personal issues. I always want this
type of culture in my organization. It is also helpful for working as I am feeling well good with the
behavior of my seniors and doing more work. In addition, I suggest my colleagues to work hard for
organization growth.
My behavior is highly influenced with the corporate governance structure. It is a great work by
the organization in the favor of employees. It was a great experience of my life, and I always want these
types of organization, which are maintained corporate governance structures. These are so helpful for
handling personal as well as professional issues in an organization.
I worked in good organization with a great professional culture. I learnt from my previous
working experiences that, I always want a professional culture at my work place. A good professional
culture is influence employees, as I am always think about better behavior with all my colleagues in my
organization. I change my behavior into a professional employee. It is also helpful in my social behavior,
as I have developed many things in myself after the working in a great culture of my previous workplace.
Codes of conducts are beneficial for employees as well as for organization. These are for
avoiding unnecessary problems at organization in between employees and organization (Rossouw &

Conclusion
It is concluded from the previous parts of this report that, ethical frameworks are so helpful for
avoiding torture on employees from organization and safe their rights of working at organization. My
behavior influenced from many things, such as professional ethics, corporate governance structures,
organization culture, and behavior of senior management.
Finally, it is concluded that, I always wants a good culture at my workplace for proper working
with using my rights at workplace.
