INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to development activities for
individual in their career. This report includes self managed learning which can
enhance lifelong development of individual not just in professional context but in
personal and social context as well.
Social bullying includes excluding someone from a event in this case if a senior
member excludes a junior member from the meeting in which they can be present
this will be considered as social harassment. In this case senior members of
organisation who feel they are working more than new members may threaten new
members to cause any type of harm. This is known as workplace bullying.
Workplace Harassment refers to belittling behaviour at the workplace. Any typeof
mistreatment as workplace is considered as workplace harassment.
In case staff feels that they are being bullied or harassed than they can-
Report to their senior manager and legal authority at national trust. In case the
person harassing is senior manager than the staff should report to their senior
manager.
They should boost their confidence so that they can resist the person who is
harassing them. Harassment usually happens with them who are seen weak to
respond to harassment. Showing trust will solve this problem.

Bullying refers to unwelcome behaviour which occurs over a
period and is meant to harm someone specially those who are
powerless to respond. Bullying in verbal form includes teasing and
threatening someone to cause any type of harm (Wang and et.al.,
2018). Staff members should remain aware of their rights.
