By analysing the pestle analysis it reflects that people are health conscious and giving
more importance to organic food instead of fast food, but company has a strength that it follows
the market trend and try to satisfy the needs of the customer (ABOUT SAVOLA, 2020).For that
situation savola group is trying to change this issue by using their strength and as per the needs
of the customer for that company is trying to offer the wide range of organic and healthy food
and to fulfil this company about to bring change in their workplace. To offer healthy food
company need fresh vegetable and fruits for that company need a new supply chain who can

Change in the organisation will affect the people in a positive and a negative manner and
some will remain neutral. Changes in the Savola group will affect the employees and their
responsibilities as well (Sakun and et.al, 2020). Supervision of the employee will get changed,
now they will have to work under different management and have to follow their orders to
accomplish the new goal of the company. It is better for the company to conduct a stakeholder

analysis and to know what they think about making changes in the company. Do they want any
kind of change in the company or not, will they accept the new business idea of the company and
eremain the stakeholder in the company or not.
Financial factors
While implementing any kind of change in the company, management need to make plan
for the financial factors such as cost which will occur due to make changes in the
company(Vovchenko and et.al, 2018). For example government has imposed VAT tax on the
sales of the product so Savola group has to look for this make changes in the prices of the
product so that their profitability don't affect and they receive the same profit margin.
2.3 Communicate to people about the importance of changes
Before applying any kind of change in the company it important to communicate with
those persons who have keen interest in the company such as employees, investors,
stakeholders and customers. Communicating change is very important for employees and
stakeholders about company and its product (Doppelt, 2017). For communicating the change,
Savola group should choose those people and manger who can explain the reason behind
implementing the change effectively to the employees. They should be clear and honest while
communicating with the employees and make them aware the benefits of the change.
Stakeholder also get communicated that what extra benefit they are going to receive from such
changes, because company need to add those things which is trending in the market and it is also
a demand of the customer. By attaining the demand of the customer company will earn more
profit and stakeholder also get extra benefit from the profit of the company.

attract the customer and for VAT tax Savola group to increase the price so that they can pay the

After proper planning company execute such Changes and also make the employee aware
about it.
Lewin change model
As per lewin people don't accept change easily because they get into a comfort zone
(What Makes Lewin’s Change Theory Ideal for Businesses, 2020).
For that Lewin has given three stages
Unfreeze
Employee and management of Savola group should unfreeze the current way of working
and make them prepare about the upcoming change (Hayes, 2018). This will change the thinking
of employees and help them to do new tasks.
Change
When the employee of the company stop working as their previous way and unfreezes
themselves, it is the high time to implement the change.
Refreeze
Refreeze step brings new rules and norms in Savola group and it is very critical step and
make sure that the employees don't use their old way and habit of work.
