Lack of time to read the poster: In the rapidly changing environment all the company used to run at a good and fast pace to
overcome the variety of competitive challenge at the marketplace and become market leader. This generally ask good amount of the
efforts to be invested by the employee which ultimately create the situation where they do not get the enough time to read the poster.
Worries about the future and tension: In the competitive environment all the staff member generally used to think about
their future and always look to focus on their work to improve the efficiency of different task perform by them. For the same reason
they do not able to shift their focus toward the poster.
Miscommunication: There are variety of the different culture staff works in the organization, wrong interpretation of the
message promoted by poster used to give rise to variety of the conflict between staff member at the workplace.
Strategy to solve issue
Listening skill: It is very important for the organization to build a good listening skill this will help the staff in understanding
the different message of the poster in more efficient way at the workplace and will improve the level of clarity and build good positive
working environment at the workplace.
Group Outing: It is another important strategy which can be adopted at the workplace, this strategy is to build good
relationship between the different staff member in the organization. All the staff member will trust of each other and this will
eventually help them in understanding the difference of different employee culture in the organization as well.
Proper manager communication: All the staff member has to communicate well by the manager in the organization, this will
help the staff member in panicking less about their future, this will offer them a ample period of the time to focus on to the different
message which has been passed on by the poster at the workplace.

be maintained. Organization has to make sure that they used to provide the
different training to the employee in regards of the different manners which has
to be followed by them. Good manners generally stand for the manners which do
not hurts any staff member cultural belief and myths.
